APPOINTMENTS
In order for us to accommodate all of our guests, we ask that you arrive at the scheduled time of your appointment. In the event that you arrive after your scheduled service time, we may be unable to guarantee full application of services.
CANCELLATION
Some service reservations will require a valid credit card number to hold the appointment time. A minimum 24 hour advance notice is required to avoid a 50% charge for same day cancellations. Clients who do not show for scheduled appointments will incur 50% cost of the service. Clients not showing for scheduled appointments on 2 or more occasions may be required to prepay for future services.
CHILD SAFETY POLICY
Children are only permitted in the salon when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
We reserve the right to change prices and services at anytime without notification. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash, and Checks.
RETURNS
Retail products may be exchanged if unopened within 14 days. We do not offer refunds or apply credit toward services for returned merchandise.
NO MEAT ALLOWED
We at The Parlour St. Johns work hard to provide a cruelty-free experience for our clients. We kindly ask you to please help us maintain a vegan-friendly atmosphere and refrain from bringing meat-based food into the shop. We reserve the right to refuse service.
ECO FEE
There is a $1.25 eco fee added to transactions which helps us keep 95% of our waste out of landfills and used for repurposed materials. Learn more at Green Circle Salons.
